I went there to have an item embroidered with my daughter's name. I paid in advance and said I would be back the following Friday to pick it up. I actually went back 3 days later on Monday and it wasn't done. It had been a full week and nothing had been done on a small job. And what bothered me most of all was the owner didn't seem to care, he said "normally we have a 2 week lead time, so actually we still have a week to do it." He offered to do it then but I didn't have a the 20-30 minutes he said it would take to wait. Anfd it takes about 30 minutes to drive there and back from my house and I didn't want to do that again. He refunded my money, but it sure did leave a bad impression in my mind. Avoid at all costs because the owner doesn't care about his customers, he never even apologized for the trouble they put me through.

I placed an order with Dynamite and Justin did such a fantastic job! He was super helpful and even taught me how to use each format of the design. He was very communicative and the turn-around time was so quick! The logo is beautiful and and we're so happy with how it all turned out. We (and me personally) will definitely be using Dynamite again!

I have ordered 3 times from them and every single times there is a problem. They my switched ordered with someone else's. They never send invoices which they said they were going to do. All 3 times, they never call to let me know when it's ready. They lost CC info and almost billed some one else. The work eventually gets done at a high cost. But be ready to deal with this group.
